For Clients in real estate or running infrastructure projects we provide full legal service. The lawyers of kalthy take an active part in the process from the preparation stage of the investment onwards.

We draft contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate and for the execution of investments, from the simplest works and construction contracts through to complex general contracting and investment supervision agreements (EPC). We have extensive experience with projects based on FIDIC standards. In all of this we act both for investors and for construction companies.

Data is the new fuel, which is exactly why it has to be protected. For our Clients we run audits covering GDPR, privacy policies, data transfers and databases, and DPIA. We review how consents are collected and how incidents are reported.

Strategic advisory for companies covers, among other things, statutory documents, internal regulations and corporate consents for planned transactions, support for the management board and the supervisory board, and representation of owners at shareholders’ meetings.

We also provide other corporate services, with the scope set by what the company needs at the time: designing efficient ownership structures, performance of investment agreements, structural changes, reorganisation of capital groups.

For Clients of kalthy we offer a review of the legal situation together with the identification and assessment of risk, both for the audited entity and for the members of its governing bodies. We develop and implement corporate governance rules.

We conduct commercial disputes before the common courts as well as in mediation and arbitration. We propose settlement outcomes and negotiate the terms of agreements that close the dispute. If the interest of a kalthy Client calls for it, we go to litigation.
